The hotel is easy to access and very close to the tube or a 15min walk from Victoria station. Very close to Westminster attractions. Friendly staff. Good tea and coffee facilities. Helpful staff. Cozy atmosphere with old London decor.

The pub atmosphere and staff were extremely accommodating. The central location was perfect for working in Westminster. The restaurant on-site was convenient and the food was delicious. The Nespresso machine and complimentary beverages were a nice touch. The big, fluffy bath towels and comfortable bed made for a great stay.

Breakfast starts a bit late, which was inconvenient for our morning train. the service at breakfast could be improved, as the staff seemed busy and ignored us for quite some time.

The location of Sanctuary House was perfect for exploring the sights of London. The breakfast was tasty and offered lots of options. My room was cozy, but the highlight was the excellent shower and comfortable bed. I would recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel with its superb location. It is conveniently situated in the city center and a couple of minutes walk from the tube. I also noticed that it was easy to get to as it is very close to multiple tube lines. Moreover, the staff were very welcoming and accommodating, ensuring a clean room for my stay. Lastly, the hotel facilities were great, making my stay as comfortable as possible.

The hotel room was spacious and had a great view. the shower in the bathroom was really good, with good water pressure. the location of the hotel was perfect, close to many attractions and public transportation.

The room was very clean and beautifully decorated, with nice amenities including a fridge with complimentary drinks, a Nespresso machine, and good WiFi. The hotel even provided alternatives for breakfast, such as fried eggs and cooked-to-order options, which was a great touch. The only small issue I encountered was with the noise level, which could be a bit loud at times, but overall, everything was okay.
